There are a lot of similarities between Ted Bundy and Bob Berdella. Both men spent the last years of their life in prison where both died under similar circumstances. Bundy admitted to more murders than Berdella but no one knows eithers exact count. Both men would bludgeon their victims, rape and torture them. More similarly to Dahmer, Bundy would take part in Necrophilia. Not much is known as to whether Berdella would have intiamte encounters with his victims corpses. The main difference between Bundy and Berdella was their choice of victims. Bundy was very heterosexual and would victimize helpless females; whereas Berdella was openly homosexual and would lure young men and boys to his home. Bundy and Berdella were active similarly during a four year period, but what set Bundy apart was his frequent moving. Berdella never left Kansas city and would find his victims in similar areas. Bundy attempted at avoiding heat so he would frequently travel to different citys and states.
